General Terms and Conditions

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, Skytec Outlets GmbH, Nuthstr. 1, 15749 Mittenwalde, phone 033764-257890, fax 033764-257896, email mail@thorsteinar-outlet.de of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the cancellation form enclosed with the order in paper form, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically complete and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration on our website http://www.thorsteinar-outlet.de/widerrufsformular.pdf. You can find the sample cancellation form here. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation without delay (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for the value of the goods we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. You must return or hand over the goods to Skytec Outlets GmbH, Nuthstr. 1, 15749 Mittenwalde, phone 033764-257890, fax 033764-257896, email mail@thorsteinar-outlet.de immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract at the latest. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Damage to the parcel

In the event that you receive a damaged parcel from Deutsche Post, a complaint must be made to Deutsche Post immediately, but no later than 7 calendar days after receipt. Deutsche Post will be happy to collect the parcel for you - simply call 0228 28609800 and request the collection of a damaged or partially lost parcel. Alternatively, you can have the damage report recorded at a branch. In both cases, the complete consignment with inner and outer packaging and the contents of the goods must be presented.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched on the same day if possible. Paypal: 2-5 working days (after publication of the new catalogue/the current collection and up to 10 working days in the pre-Christmas period) Prepayment: 2-5 working days after receipt of payment. We reserve the right to make partial or replacement deliveries, subsequent deliveries are postage free.

Pricing

All prices include the applicable statutory value added tax.

Shipping costs

A one-off shipping and packaging charge of EUR 6.90 is charged for every order from Germany. The respective shipping and packaging flat rates for deliveries abroad are calculated automatically in the webshop.
